摘要
基于煤制烯烃是我国率先实现工业化的新型煤化工技术,分析了煤制烯烃产业发展状况和趋势,通过不同项目的工艺技术选择、产品规模、厂址条件等项目建设条件对比,阐述了影响煤制烯烃项目投资的因素,提出工艺技术路线和产品方案是影响项目投资的主要因素,建议建设单位严格控制投资及审慎决策。
Coal to olefin（CTO） is the first industrialized new coal chemical technology in our country.On the basis of current situation and development of coal to olefin industry,the construction conditions including process technology,production scale and site condition were compared between two projects,and the investment influences factors were illuminated.It can be concluded that the process technology and product scheme are the main influence factors.The construction unit should control the project investment and invest prudently.
