重点介绍新驿煤矿选煤厂将介耗稳定在0.45kg/t的主要技术措施,主要包括改善磁选机工艺效果、降低喷水浓度、强化喷水脱介、合理调整处理量及优化磁铁矿粉供应基地,并阐述了通过实践形成一套原煤不脱泥、不分级无压给料三产品重介质旋流器选煤工艺超低介耗的控制技术。
The main technical measures used to keep medium consumption steady at 0.45kg/t in Xinyi coal preparation plant were emphatically introduced,mainly including the improvement of magnetic separator process effect,decreasing concentration of water,strengthen of water spraying,reasonable adjustment of capacity and configuration optimization of magnetite powder supply base.It was also described that ultralow medium consumption control technology of raw coal non-desliming and nonpressure feed three products dense medium cyclone coal preparation process.
