摘要
合理有效的工程项目经营岗位设置是保证工程项目实施的重要基础。以工程项目经营岗位设置为切入点,阐述经营岗位设置的一般性原则;以中石油云南炼油项目主要参建单位为例,分析工程项目经营岗位设置的主要模式及有效性,提出提高经营岗位有效性设置及管理的措施。
The reasonable and effective business post setting is the important basis for the implementation of engineering project. Taking the project business post setting as the starting point,the paper elaborates the general principle of business post setting. Then,takes the corporations participated in the CNPC's Yunnan oil refinery project as examples,analyzes the main modes and the effectiveness of business post setting,puts forward measures to improve the effectiveness of the business post setting and management.
