经不同浓度FeCl_2溶液处理的γ-Fe_2O_3/Ni_2O_3复合纳米微粒的结构及磁性研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用化学共沉淀法制备FeOOH/Ni(OH)_2前躯体,经FeCl_2溶液处理后得到表面包裹2FeCl_3·5H_2O层的γ-Fe_2O_3/Ni_2O_3复合磁性纳米微粒。分别制备了经不同浓度FeCl2溶液处理后的复合磁性纳米微粒,并通过振动样品磁强计(VSM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对样品的结构和磁性能进行分析。实验结果表明,微粒的磁性并不随FeCl_2处理液浓度的增加而单调变化。文中系统分析了FeCl_2溶液浓度对所制备微粒的磁化性质、形态及化学成分的影响。 γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3 composite nanoparticles coated with 2FeCl3 · 5H2O were obtained from the FeOOH/Ni(OH)2 precursor prepared by co-precipitation and then processing in boiled FeCl2 solution. The composite nanoparticles processed in different concentrations of FeCl2 were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques, and their mierostrueture and magnetic properties of composite nanoparticles were revealed. The experimental results showed that the magnetization of the as-prepared products varied non-monotonically as the FeCL2 concentration increased. The effects of FeCl2 concentration on magnetization, morphology and chemical composition of the as-prepared products were investigated.
