摘要
针对数控铣削的特点,探讨了铣削加工中选择刀具的方式,包括制作曲面式的零件、设定钻孔深度及钻头直径比值,确保精度等,并从切削速度、进给速度、吃刀量等方面对切削用量的选择进行了探讨。实践得出,只有合理选择刀具和切削用量,编制的加工程序才能具有高质量和高效率的特点。
Aiming at the characteristics of CNC milling, choosing ways of cutter in milling are discussed, including making surface of parts, set the drilling depth and drilling diameter ratio, to ensure accuracy, etc., as well as from the cutting speed, feed speed, turning the selection of cutting parameter is discussed. Practice, only choose reasonable tool and cutting dosage, the processing program can have high quality and high efficiency.
