摘要
基于锁环式同步器的使用方法,从计算方式、工艺性能方面对新的同步器结构设想进行了理论设想。该设想提出,减小摩擦面角度的同时应保证保证膜片弹簧的变形力,膜片弹簧与同步环的接触点也应做相应的处理以提高其表面的耐磨程度,从而保证在长期的使用过程中,保证膜片弹簧不变形,以提升同步器的容量。
From the aspects of calculation,this paper analpes the process performance to a new synchronizer structure ideas, puts forward the idea to reduce the friction angle to guarantee deformation of the diaphragm spring force, diaphra^n spring and synchronizing ring contact also should be dealt with accordingly in order to improve the wear-resisting degree of the surface, thus ensuring in the process of long-term use, guarantee the diaphragm spring deformation, to enhance the capacity of synchronizer.
