摘要
设计了一种简易冷却系统,该系统采用盘管式蒸发器,可直接浸入液体内换热制冷,制冷效果很好,能够实现机床的冷却和润滑,对提高产品质量和延长刀具使用寿命起到很重要的作用,可使机床的综合效能显著提高。
This paper designs a simple cooling system, the system uses coil evaporator which can be directly immersed in the liquid in the heat exchanger of refrigeration, the refrigeration effect is good, which can realize the cooling and lubrication of machine tools to improve product quality and prolong the service life of the cutter plays a very important role in the comprehensive efficiency, significantly improve the machine.
