“World Factory”and Perspective of Chinese Economy In the new round ofglobal relocation of industries, the gravity of world manufacturing is moving to-ward China, which process is accelerated by China's joining WTO. As a result,China should draft different strategies for different industries to offer better in-vestment environment to accommodate such a process. Ownership reform toboost private investment in manufacturing, better financial service to the busi-ness and improving the technological innovation system are all necessary.
