摘要
针对火箭炮定向管平行度测量过程中信息化、自动化水平低、测量精度和效率不高等问题,融合计算机技术、光电成像技术、图像处理以及高精度测量等方法,通过图像采集、相机标定、图像处理、平行度计算、误差分析等环节实现了火箭炮定向管平行度的自动高精度测量.提出了基于铅垂校正的异面图像坐标统一方法,解决了火箭炮定向管平行度测量中两端面图像坐标统一的问题,提出了一整套多管火箭炮定向管圆心参数图像处理技术,实现了多管火箭炮定向管圆心参数的快速准确提取.
Aiming at such problems as low level of automation,low measurement accuracy,low efficiency during parallelism measurement of rocket launcher guiding tubes, computer technology, photoelectric imaging technology, and image processing and high precision measurement methods are applied in this system.After these steps of image inquiring,camera calibration,image processing,parallelism computing,error analysis,this system can measure the parallelism with automation and high precision.The method of unifying opposite-face coordinates based on vertical line and the method of confirming guiding tube center are all proposed in this paper.
