高校的自主招生改革为选拔创新人才提供新方法,是高校招生考试的一种重要补充。高职院校的自主招生适当实行了招考分离,提高了选材效率,对高职院校人才培养工作起到了促进作用。随着自主招生不断深入,高职院校在制定招生政策时,应明确定位人才选择的标准,制定相应的培养目标,制定和实施适合自主招生背景下的高职人才培养模式,以改革推进素质教育实施和创新人才培养,促进高职教育高水平发展。
