试论互联网背景下大学生的法治意识培养

On the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law in the context of the Internet

互联网的发展给高校法治教育带来了机遇与挑战。为有效提升大学生的法治意识,高校必须在清晰把握互联网基本特点的基础上,分析大学生网络法治意识薄弱的因素,通过明确培养大学生网络法治意识的重要性、正视互联网对大学生网络法治意识养成的积极意义、优化互联网法律教育内容、拓宽网络维权渠道以及降低网络维权成本等方面,探求互联网模式下大学生法治意识养成的有效路径。

The development of Internet has brought about opportunities and challenges for the rule of law education in colleges and universities.In order to effectively improve college students’ awareness of the rule of law,universi-ties must have a clear grasp of the basic characteristics of the internet,analyze the factors of College Students’ law of the weak awareness of network,Through clarifying the importance of College Students’ network and the rule of law consciousness,facing the Internet new tools to develop College Students’ network and the rule of law conscious-ness of positive significance,optimizing network legal education content,broadening the channels of rights of net-work and reduce the cost of network rights etc.,this paper studies the effective ways to cultivate College Students’ law awareness under the mode of Internet.
