针对高校"健美操"课程的现状,从场馆、师资力量、学生情况等方面入手,全面审视高校健美操课程改革的生态环境。"健美操"课程创新要开发利用好现代教育资源,促进线上、线下全面融合;由课内向课外延伸,坚持课内外一体化;构建多层次、多类型相结合的立体发展模式。

Based on the present situation of aerobics course of colleges and universities,this thesis comprehensively reviews the ecological environment of aerobics curriculum reform from aerobics course venues,teachers,students and other aspects and then puts forward the aerobics teaching innovation for the development and utilization of mod-ern education resources to promote online-offline comprehensive fusion.Aerobics courses should also be taught from the inside class to the outside class,sticking to inside and outside integration and building a multi-level,multi-type stereoscopic development model.
