摘要
目的比较两种亚胺培南制剂俊特与泰能的体外抗菌活性,为临床药物选择提供依据。方法用微量肉汤稀释法测定两种制剂对125株4种常见革兰阴性杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),比较两者药敏试验结果。结果 30株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)大肠埃希菌和20株阴沟肠杆菌对两药的敏感率均为100%;30株产ESBL肺炎克雷伯菌对两药的敏感率均为93.3%;45株铜绿假单胞菌对俊特的敏感率为66.7%,对泰能的敏感率为62.2%。对不同细菌的MIC,俊特与泰能具有很好的一致性。结论两种亚胺培南制剂俊特与泰能对肠杆菌科细菌体外均有较好的抗菌活性,对铜绿假单胞菌敏感性稍差;两者体外抗菌活性并无显著性差别。
Objective To explore the in vitro antibacterial activity of two imipenem drugs to provide the reference for clinical application. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of two different imipenem drugs Junte and Tienam against 4 common gram-negative bacilli (n=125) were detected by micro broth dilution method. The susceptibility results of two drugs were compared. Results Sensitive rates of 30 strains producing ESBL Escherichia coli and 20 strains of Enterobacter cloacae to two drugs were 100%, sensitive rates of 30 strains of ESBL Klebsiella pneumoniae to two drug were 93.3%; sensitive rates of 45 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Junte was 66.7%, and to Tienam was 62.2%. The MIC of two drugs against different bacteria had good consistency. Conclusion Both two imipenem drugs Tienam and Junte show good antibacterial activity in vitro against Enterobacteriaceae. However, the sensitivity of two imipenem drugs against Pseudomonas aeruginosa is poor. There is no difference between two drugs in antibacterial activity in vitro.
