Psychiatric and psychosocial problems in the patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant

造血干细胞移植(HSCT)可有效治疗血液肿瘤,但HSCT患者在移植的不同的阶段可能出现焦虑抑郁、应激障碍、谵妄以及认知功能损害,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文简要综述HSCT患者常见心理问题和躯体主诉,为HSCT患者心理疾病的治疗提供参考。

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT） is effective in the treatment of hematological malignancies. However, HSCT may cause some psychiatric or psychosocial problems in different stages of transplant patients, such as anxiety, depression, stress disorder, delirium and cognitive impairment, which severely affect the quality of life of patients. This review describes the psychiatric and psychosocial research findings related to HSCT patients, and provides references for future psychosocial research.
