中西医结合治疗偏头痛60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 60 Cases of Migraine

目的观察中西医结合治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的120例无先兆偏头痛的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组行常规西医疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用养血清脑颗粒进行治疗,比较2组临床疗效和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,优于对照组的71.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组hs-CRP水平均较之治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上结合中药养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛临床疗效显著,可明显降低hs-CRP水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of migraine. Methods 120 cases of patients with migraine without aura in our hospital,randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of western medicine. On the basis of the same routine treatment as the control group,the treatment group was given Yangxue Qingnao granule additionally. The curative effects and the levels of hypersensitive c-reactive protein（hs-CRP）were observed and compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%,obviously better than 71.6% of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP in both groups were obviously decreased when compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, hs-CRP level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granule is effective in the treatment of migraine on the basic treatment of western medicine,which can decrease hs-CRP level remarkably. Therefore,Yangxue Qingnao granule deserves the clinical promotion.
