Some Issues to be Studied in the Leaping Development of Hainan

未来五年是国际旅游岛十年建设期的后半期,也是海南省实现跨越式发展的关键五年。海南的各路社科大军必须从战略的高度对海南跨越式发展的后发优势、基本内涵、新理念、中长期目标、跨越的重点领域、实现路径以及自身和域外历史经验等加强理论研究。

The next five years is not only the second phase in the ten-year period of international tourism island construction but also the key to realizing the leaping development of Hainan. Therefore,scholars of social sciences in Hainan should,from the strategic perspective,strengthen studies on the follow-up advantages of Hainan＇s leaping development,its basic connotations,new ideas,its medium-and long-term goals,its key areas,its realization paths,and the historical experience in and out of Hainan,etc.
