Introduce a design of liquid desiccant based temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system in a hospital. The new air volume index, the dry coil design for recycle water temperature and other attention-worthy tips of the system are introduced in detail. At the same time this paper gives a concluding that the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning is quite economical and applicable in hospital.
