摘要
采用氮化硅铁和高纯氮气作为含3%Si的取向硅钢抑制剂的氮源,在1340℃的热轧温度下,借助OM和TEM观察和分析,研究两种不同的正火工艺对钢板中抑制剂析出的种类、大小、数量、均匀程度的影响。结果表明:在热轧态后对钢板进行正火处理有利于抑制剂的析出,从而可以利用氮气取代氮化硅铁作为氮源来生产取向硅钢。
Oriented silicon steel with 3% Si was prepared by means of ferro silicon nitride or high pure nitrogen as inhibitor of nitrogen source,and then hot rolled at 1340 ℃. Effect of normalizing process on precipitation behaviors of the inhibitors was investigated by means of OM and TEM. The results show that the normalizing treatment is conducive to the precipitation of the inhibitor,and the nitrogen source can be used as inhibitor of nitrogen source instead of ferro silicon nitride in the production of oriented silicon steel.
