摘要
通过调控ZM6镁合金的预时效时间,利用透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察析出相的形貌特征,对合金的双级时效行为进行研究。与单级时效相比,合金经双级时效后,能在轻微降低伸长率的情况下提高材料抗拉强度,此时合金的组织特征为细小β″相弥散的分布在α-Mg的基体上,这是由于预时效有助于形成更高密度G.P.区,进而为二级时效中β″相的析出提供更多的形核核心。
Formation mechanism of precipitation of ZM6 magnesium alloy with different pre-aging time was investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Compared with the single-step aging treatment,the two-step aging treatment can improve the tensile strength with slightly degraded elongation. TEM observation reveals that the microstructure of the two-step aged ZM6 magnesium alloy consists of high number density of β″ phase which presents extremely fine dispersion in the α-Mg matrix. The G.P. zones abundantly precipitate during pre-ageing,which can enhance the nucleation of β″ phase during the second step aging.
