摘要
运用有限元分析软件Deform对钢管的感应加热建立有限元模型,针对不同电源频率下的感应加热过程进行了模拟,分析了频率对感应加热影响,对感应加热过程中钢管内外表面的温差变化及加热效率进行了计算与比较,总结了设计中频率选择的规律。并通过钢管的加热试验,验证了模拟结果与试验结果一致。
A finite element model of induction heating for steel tube was built by means of the finite element analysis software Deform. The induction heating processes under different frequencies were simulated. Effect of frequency on the induction heating was analyzed. The design rule of frequency selection was summarized. The temperature difference between the inner and outer surface of the steel tube and the heating efficiency during induction heating process were calculated and compared. Through heating experiment,it is verified that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.
