今年以来，银行业接连爆发几起大规模的票据案件，给票据市场发展带来了较大影响。文章根据近五年票据案件及监管部门披露的票据风险事件，分析了当前票据市场风险的新特点和新趋势，在此基础上从监管体系、基础信息、融资需求和利益驱动四个方面剖析了风险产生的根本原因，进而提出了相应对策建议。

There have been several CP fraud cases in China＇s CP market this year which brought great influences to the deveJopment of the CP market. The article analyzes the new characteristics and trends of CP market risks according to the CP fraud cases and the risk events disclosed by the regulators in the recent five years. On this basis, the article studies the fundamental causes of the risks from the perspectives of regulatory system, CP underlying information, financing demands and economic interests behind, and provides corresponding advices and suggestions.
