摘要 利用湿固相-热熔法合成8-羟基喹啉锌,在固相研磨过程中滴加无水乙醇,使原料混合更加均匀,加速反应进行,产物很快由淡黄色变为黄色。红外表征显示,在2 200 cm-1处出现缔合峰,表明8-羟基喹啉生成了二聚体。XRD测试显示,晶粒尺寸大多在150 nm以下。热重分析表明,有1.8 wt%的乙酸残留,材料在339℃开始分解,说明材料具有很好的热稳定性。荧光测定显示,光致发光来源于370 nm的弱吸收,此时的辐射跃迁更活跃,最大发射波长为513.1 nm,发绿光。 Dropping the anhydrous ethanol in the solid state grinding process of the wet solid hot-melt synthesis of 8-hydroxyquinoline zinc makes the raw materials more homogeneous and accelerates the reaction rate with the color of the products changed from light yellow to yellow. The FT-IR spectrum of 8-hydroxyquinoline zinc shows bands at 2 200 cm- 1,which demonstrates the synthesis of dimer. Based on XRD pattern,the grain size is mostly below 150 nm. The thermogravimetric analysis shows the residue of the 1. 8 wt% acetic acid,and the material starts to discompose in the 339 ℃,implying that it has good thermal stability. The fluorescence measurement shows that photoluminescence originates from the weak absorption at 370 nm with the radiation transitions being more active,and the maximum emission wavelength is 513. 1 nm associated with the green light.
