摘要
以2-甲基-8-苯并咪唑基喹啉和4-甲酰基三苯胺为反应物,合成了硼氟荧光染料,并通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、质谱进行了结构鉴定。通过紫外-可见光吸收及荧光光谱测试表明,染料在非极性溶剂(甲苯)中的Stokes位移为96 nm,荧光量子产率为0.638;在极性溶剂(甲醇)中的Stokes位移为162 nm,荧光量子产率为0.003;在固态下呈现较强的荧光,Stokes位移为178 nm。
Novel boron fluoride dye was synthesized from 8-( 1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-methyl quinoline and 4-( diphenylamino)benzaldehyde. The structure of the boron fluoride dye was confirmed by1 HNMR,13CNMR and MS. The optical properties were investigated by UV-Vis absorption and emission spectra. The Stokes shift of the dye in nonpolar solvent( methylbenzen) was 96 nm,and the fluorescence quantum yield was 0. 638; the Stokes shift of the dye in polar solvent( methanol) was 162 nm,and the fluorescence quantum yield was 0. 003; the Stokes shift of the dye in solid state was 178 nm,and the dye could emit fluorescence in solid state.
