摘要
以4-氟苯基硫脲和乙氧基甲叉基丙二酸二乙酯(DEMM)为起始原料,通过环合、烷基化、氧化、水解、加成、威廉姆逊醚合成等一系列反应,合成了7个2-位具有不同取代基团的标题化合物。其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和ESI-MS表征。
A series of seven ethyl-3-( 4-fluorophenyl)-4( 3H)-pyrimidinone-5-carboxylates with varying substituents at the 2-position was synthesized from( 4-fluorophenyl) thiourea and diethyl ethoxymethylene malonate via a sequence of reactions including cyclization,alkylation,oxidation,hydrolysis,addition and Williamson ether synthesis. The structures were confirmed by1 HNMR,13CNMR and ESI-MS.
