细胞衰老相关热点基因研究现状

摘要 机体衰老的本质是细胞衰老,细胞衰老受环境和基因网络调控,探索衰老相关的基因一直是人类抗衰老研究的重点之一。在众多的细胞衰老相关基因研究中,影响力比较大的有端粒学说、RecQDNA解旋酶家族和去乙酰化酶沉默信息调节因子(SIRT)家族等,现对国内外关于细胞衰老相关基因最新研究结果并简述如下。 Cellular senescence is the essence of aging. Cell senescence is regulated by environment and gene network,and the research on senescence-related gene network is one of the key research areas for human aging studies. There are many significant theories on the studies of aging genes, such as telomerase,RecQ DNA helicase family and silent information regulator family etc. This paper summarizes the latest researches on cellular senescence related genes at home and abroad.
