摘要
利用非线性电感参数法推导出确定开关磁阻电机主要尺寸的计算公式,得到了转速为10 000 r·min-1,功率为1 k W的三相6/4结构的高速开关磁阻电机的主要结构的尺寸,并建立了电机主轴转子装配体的仿真模型。应用ANSYS Workbench软件对主轴转子装配体进行动态仿真分析,得到了电机主轴转子装配体的前6阶固有频率和振型及相应的临界转速。分析结果表明,电机的额定转速远小于一阶临界转速,电机在高速运行过程中不会出现共振现象,保证了电机工作的可靠性和安全性。
The calculation formula for the diameter and length of the stator of a SRM is derived from the non-linear inductance parameters method. Then a three-phase 6/4 SRM is selected with rated revolution of 10 000 r · min^-1 and rated power of 1 000 W. The modal analysis of the assembly model of the rotor of the SRM is conducted by means of the ANSYS Workbench software. As for the rotor of the SRM, the first six natural frequencies are obtained, so are the first six modal shapes. The result shows, the critical revolution corresponding to the first natural frequency of the rotor of the SRM is much higher than the rated revolution of the rotor, which helps avoid the resonance effect, guaranteeing the reliability and safety of the motor in operation.
