网络公共领域是偶然兴起的,它凭借着互联网的技术优势避绕了现实空间的禁锢与障碍。但是,互联网的技术优势并不能消解现实空间的禁锢与障碍,这就决定了网络公共领域的不成熟性,也导致了它无可奈何地走向失落。作为仅有的为权利发声的一扇窗口,让其就此渐渐闭合实为不智之举。通过网络乱象所表现出的"民智未开"这一线索可以精确地定位现实空间的那些禁锢与障碍。那么,沿循着培育公众智识能力的路径打破那些禁锢与障碍即等同于实现了网络公共领域的重构。

Depending on technical advantage of the Internet to avoid durance and obstacles of real space,Internet public sphere begin to rise by accident.But technical advantage cannot abolish them,which decides the immaturity of Internet public sphere,and it gives rise to decline of Internet public sphere.As an only medium of voice for right,it is not wise to bring it down.We can locate durance and obstacles of real space through clue of＂lack of intelligence of people＂in chaos of network.So to follow the path of cultivating intelligence of people to abolish durance and obstacles of real space is equal to reconstruct Internet public sphere.
