摘要
受制于生成路径、管理模式、制度安排以及资源供给等因素的影响,一些行业协会在运作和管理中发生了违法、违规和违章行为以及相当数量的权力交易、权力异化、权力寻租案件,违背了自身的治理宗旨和责任定位。厘清行业协会腐败特点和形式表现,挖掘其产生的根源,有利于行业协会的健康、良性和持续发展。
Subject to the influence of multiple factors such as path generation,management mode,system arrangement and supply resources,nowadays some illegal behavior happen in some associations＇ operation and management,including power trading,power differences,and power abuse,which seriously violates the business associations＇ governance purpose and responsibility orientation.Therefore how to excavate the causes of corruption based on clarifying the characteristics and form is very important for the business associations＇ healthy,steady and sustainable development.
