摘要
以安徽省各地市300多名来自农村的幼儿教师、园长和教研员为研究对象,参照发达省市毛入园率、园所类型、教师队伍、管理体制等基本维度,对安徽省幼儿园的办园主体、地理环境、园所位置、办园规模、服务半径、背景条件等主要因素与指标进行调查。第一部分聚焦实践挑战,指出近年来我国学前教育有长足发展,但亟需通过布局调整完善发展;第二部分提出评价标准,根据影响因素、目标价值和评价指标分析不同背景条件下实践所存在问题;第三部分总结工作思路,从思想意识、体制机制和工作抓手等三个层面提出农村幼儿园布局调整的推进策略。基于实际调查的分析,应对我国农村学前教育工作改进具有一定实践指导价值。
Taking 300 objects,including preschool teachers,leaders and researchers from regions in Anhui province,referring to the gross enrollment rate,kindergarten type,teaching staff,and management system of developed regions,investigate into the main part,geographical environment,location,scale,service,radius and background conditions of kindergartens in Anhui province.The first part focuses on the challenges of practice,pointing out that although there has been a significant development for preschool education in China,the overall layout needs urgent adjustments.The second part puts forward the evaluation standard,based on the different background conditions according to the influence factors,target and value,evaluating index.The third part offers the improvement of the work,such as the strategies for adjusting the layout of rural kindergarten from ideology,system and key work.The original analysis based on practical investigation is significant to improve our country's rural pre-school education.
