摘要
上海光源在BL19U波荡器直线节首次建成了canted光束线。由于canted双线的水平夹角仅为6 mrad,在束线光学元件的空间布局上非常紧张。顺序错开放置、共用真空腔体以及采用偏转镜是canted光束线布局的主要方式。本文主要讨论了上海光源canted光束线在白光狭缝、单色器以及偏转镜等关键部件进行束线布局时的设计方案和指标。BL19U-canted光束线机械系统自2015年初开放运行以来,已经稳定运行超过6 000 h。
Background: BL19U canted beamlines whose light sources were located at the same straight section in the storage ring were built at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) as the first canted beamlines. Purpose: The space is very limited for the layout of canted beamline components, because the horizontal angle between the two beamlines is only 6 mrad. Methods: In order to achieve the layout for canted beamlines, it is essential to put the key components in succession, share the same chamber and set reflecting mirrors on the beamlines. Complicated layout and detailed specifications for the key components on canted beamlines are presented and discussed. Results & Conclusion: They have been operated more than 6 000 h without any mechanical failure since the beginning of 2015.
