我国公共图书馆理事会制度研究——以温州图书馆理事会为例

Research on Council System of Public Library of China——Taking the Council of Wenzhou Library as an Example

本文利用个案分析法,以典型个案揭示目前我国公共图书馆理事会发展的现状,通过研究温州图书馆理事会的组织方式、规章制度、工作内容等具体实践及其所辐射出的相关问题,透析了当前我国公共图书馆理事会所取得的成就和遇到的困境。

This paper uses case analysis method to reveal the development current situation of the public library council. Taking the council of Wenzhou Library as the example, this paper analyses the organization mode, rules and regulations, working content and other concrete practices of council system and the related problems. It also analyses the achievements and encountered difficulties of public library council of China at present.
