Project Design and Commissioning of Wenzhou Sludge Centralized Drying and Incineration Plant

温州市污泥集中干化焚烧厂设计规模为日处理含水率80%的湿污泥240 t,采用倾斜桨叶式干化机+回旋流型流化床的半干化焚烧技术,为国内首条半干化焚烧的污泥处置生产线。介绍了工程设计、调试和持续优化改进,总结了生产运行情况,提出了干化焚烧工程优化要点。

The design capacity of Wenzhou Sludge Centralized Drying and Incineration Plant was 240 t/d of wet sludge with moisture content of about 80%. It was the first production line of sludge disposal with semi-drying and incineration technology in China, which was inclined paddle type drying machine and swirl-flow fluidized bed. The project design, commissioning and continuous optimization improvement were discussed, the production operation was summarized, and the main optimization points of the drying and incineration project were proposed.
