摘要
将Fenton高级氧化技术与厌氧、好氧技术组合应用于衣物洗涤用芳香颗粒生产废水处理工程,运行结果表明,Fenton反应可对含聚乙二醇(PEG9000)的冲洗废水中的长链分子有效断链,提高废水的可生化性。预处理后的废水在UASB停留时间为5 d,好氧、缺氧、好氧停留时间均为1 d时,出水水质达到《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》(CJ 343—2010)中A等级,COD<500mg/L。其中好氧段工艺采用三相生物流化床技术,氧转移率高,传质效果好,可减少剩余污泥产量,降低运营成本。
The combined process of Fenton advanced oxidation and anaerobic and aerobic technologies was applied to treat laundry aromatic particles production wastewater. The operation results showed that long-chain molecules in the flush wastewater with PEG9000 could be broken by Fenton reaction, and the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved. When the pre-treated wastewater was treated by UASB with a retention time of 5 d as well as aerobic, anoxic and aerobic treatment units with a retention time of 1 d respectively, the effluent quality could meet A criteria specified in the Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers (CJ 343 -2010) , and the COD was below 500 mg/L. The three-phase biological fluidized bed was used in the aerobic zone, and the characteristics of which are high in oxygen and mass transfer efficiency, low sludge generation and low operation cost.
