摘要
为保证东坡煤矿9煤92采区综放工作面的掘进和回采安全,通过原914工作面巷道的矿压观测数据分析,确定巷帮0~4.5m为破裂区,并监测锚杆(索)应力变化,确定所采用的锚杆(索)联合支护方式及支护强度能够满足工程要求,在科学计算锚杆(索)长度等支护参数的基础上,通过数值模拟确定锚杆支护参数。在923工作面巷道进行了试验,取得了良好的技术经济效益,为类似工程条件提供了参考。
In order to ensure tunneling and mining safety in No. 92 district fully mechanized top coal caving face mining roadway of No. 9 coal seam Dongpo Coal Mine, improve the roadway conditions, through displacement data analysis of inside and outside of No. 914 working face and bolt (cable) stress variation monitoring, the roadside 0 - 4.5m was determined as rupture zone according to the natural equilibrium arch theory. A combined support scheme was designed for No. 92 working face mining roadway using bolt, cable, ladder beam and metal mesh. The support parameters were determined by numerical simulation based on scientific calculation. According to the mining test in 923 working face, favorable technical and economic benefits were achieved.
