摘要
为解决煤矿井下近水平定向钻进技术不成熟造成的定向钻机无法充分高效应用的问题,文章分析了澳大利亚VLD-1000定向钻机在应用中存在的问题,指出提高开分支成功率和导向系统测量精度是提高定向钻进技术和设备使用效率的关键。通过研究并提出增斜技术和降斜技术在开分支过程中的合理应用提高开分支成功率,并从导向系统测量基础公式研究,找出缩短测量距离和改进计算公式是目前提高导向系统精度的良好办法。
Aiming at the difficulty in high-efficiency operation of directional rig caused by immature horizontal directional drilling technology in underground coal mine, the application problems of VLD- 1000 directional rig are analyzed. Currently, it is understood that, improvement of branching success rate and DDMS survey accuracy are the key to enhancing the application efficiency. The branching success rate can be improved by properly increasing and decreasing drilling pitch. According to the study on guide system measurement formulas, shortening the measuring distance and promoting the formulas of survey data are favorable methods to enhance the guide system measurement accuracy.
