摘要
针对水力旋流器在选煤厂煤泥水分级浓缩中普遍存在溢流跑粗或底流夹细的问题,分析了煤泥的密度、沉降末速、等沉比等几个因素对水力旋流器分级效果的影响,认为颗粒密度对分级过程中有一种分选副作用,并提出了一些提高分级效果的建议。
Aiming at the application problems of misplaced particles in underflow and overflow for hydro-cyclone in slime water classification and concentration in coal preparation plant, the paper analyzes influence of several factors on classification effect, including terminal velocity, equal settling ratio and density. It's shown that particle density plays a role in sizing effect, which can be thought of as separation side effect. Finally, some suggestions are proposed to improve classification efficiency.
