摘要
针对电磁环境对矿井提升机电控系统工作及安全可靠性的影响,对电磁干扰的各种形式进行分析,重点研究了沿导线传播并对电控系统危害较大的脉冲干扰的作用方式。并提出了具体的抗干扰措施,如:抑制瞬发脉冲干扰源、切断或衰减瞬发脉冲通路、利用电控系统软件抗干扰等。现场应用结果表明电控系统所采取的抗干扰对策效果明显。
In view of the influence of electromagnetic environment on operation and safety reliability of the electric control system of mine hoist, the various forms of electromagnetic interference were analyzed, the action mode of impulse interference was analyzed, which propagates along wire and creates great damage to electric control system. The corresponding measures were proposed, such as suppressing prompt pulse interference source, cutting or attenuating the impulse access, and using electronic control system software for anti-interference. Field application showed that, the anti -interference effect was obvious.
