摘要
针对选煤用重介质悬浮液粘度与固体体积浓度、煤泥含量相关性较大的特点,通过测定不同剪切速率条件下的重介质悬浮液粘度,研究了固体体积浓度和煤泥含量对悬浮液流变性的影响,建立了悬浮液粘度预测模型。结果表明:不同剪切速率下,煤泥含量一定时,悬浮液粘度随着固体体积浓度的增大而增大;固体体积浓度一定时,悬浮液粘度随着煤泥含量增加而降低。实验条件范围内,给出了悬浮液粘度的预测模型。利用该模型结合颗粒干扰沉降的计算得出,一般块煤重介质分选机分选下限为13mm,悬浮液中煤泥含量不宜超过0.30。
The rheological properties of dense- medium suspension in coal separation are related to solid volume concentration and coal slime content. A prediction model is established by measuring the dense- medium suspension viscosity under different shearing rate to study the influence of volumetric concentration and coal slime content of medium suspension on rheological properties. The experiment results show dense-medium suspension viscosity increases with the increment of volumetric concentration under the given coal slime content. On the other hand, the viscosity decreases with the increment of coal slime content increasing under the given volumetric concentration. The prediction model of the dense -medium suspension viscosity demonstrates that the lower limit of separation of dense medium separator is 13mm and coal slime content of dense-medium suspension should be less than 0. 30.
