核Ⅰ级E2209-15双相不锈钢焊条熔敷金属组织及性能

摘要 介绍了一种核Ⅰ级E2209-15双相不锈钢焊条。对所研制的焊条进行熔敷金属的焊条电弧焊试验,测定熔敷金属的化学成分、冲击韧度、硬度、强度和显微组织。结果表明,熔敷金属不仅具有很高的强度,而且具有优良的低温韧性。熔敷金属的化学成分测试表明,S,P杂质元素含量控制得比较好。铁素体测试仪测得铁素体含量为(体积分数)46.38%。熔敷金属组织呈典型的树枝状、条状生长,组织较致密,晶粒细小,呈细条状均匀分布,从而导致其抗冲击能力较优异。 It was introduced nuclear grade Ⅰ E2209-15 duplex stainless steel electrode in this paper. The shielded metal arc welding was carried out, and the chemical compositions, impact toughness, the hardness, the tensile strength and microstrcture of the deposited metal were tested and determined. The results revealed that the strength of the deposited metal was the very high, and toughness at low temperature was excellent. The chemical composition was measured, and the content of S, P and impurity element was controlled well. The ferritic content of deposited metal was measured by ferritic measuring instrument. The ferritic content was about 46.38%. The microstructure of deposited metal was typical dendritic and striped growth. The microstructure was compact, and grain was tiny.Futhermore the microstructure was distributed like thin strip evenly, and impact resistance was outstanding.
