摘要
随着新能源发电的加入,系统结构和运行工况日益复杂,为了更加有效地实现预防控制决策,提出基于模式匹配的智能稳定评估方法,在实现对主导失稳机群辨识的基础上,构建基于拓扑和运行方式信息的在线暂态稳定评估模型和算法,通过一系列稳态电气特征量可以有效预测当前运行点的暂态稳定水平。所提方法的有效性在南方电网系统西电东送通道上得到了检验。该方法有助于建立电网运行方式、拓扑结构与稳定水平的关联关系,为构建电网智能预防控制决策支持模型打下基础。
Along with the growth of new energy generation,the power system structure and operating conditions become more complicated. An intelligent method of stability assessment based on pattern recognition is proposed to effectively realize the decision-making of preventive control,which recognizes the dominant instability generator groups and establishes an online transient stability assessment model based on the topology and operating conditions to effectively predict the transient stability level of present operating point according to a series of electrical characteristic parameters. Its validity is verified in China Southern Power Grid system,which shows that,it is conductive to the establishment of the relationship among operating mode,topological structure and stability level of power grid and the modeling of intelligent decision-making for the preventive control of power system.
