摘要
针对光通信中强度调制直接探测(IM/DD)的接收灵敏度低等缺点,设计基于光学相位调制的BPSK相干光通信系统,并完成对零差探测和外差探测的理论分析。采用Optisystem软件平台搭建自由空间光通信模拟仿真系统,实现通信速率为2.5Gb/s光信号仿真。
In view of the low sensitivity defects of optical intensity modulation direct detection (IM/DD) for receiver, the BPSK coherent demodulation technology based on optical phase modulation for free space opti-cal communication system has designed in this paper, and the theory analysis of the homodyne detection and heterodyne detection has completed. The optical communication simulation system has designed under optisystem software platform, and the communication rate of 2.5Gb/s optical signal simulation has completed.
