鲍曼不动杆菌对舒巴坦耐药机制的研究进展

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌是重要的机会性致病菌,作为医院环境中的主要病原微生物越来越受到重视。随着临床抗菌药物的大量使用,不动杆菌的耐药情况逐年严重,多重耐药甚至泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染给临床治疗带来极大困难。舒巴坦是一种β内酰胺酶抑制剂,对不动杆菌具固有抗菌活性,在临床治疗中具有重要价值。鲍曼不动杆菌对舒巴坦同样存在耐药性,但舒巴坦对鲍曼不动杆菌的作用机制和耐药机制仍知之甚少。本文主要就目前国内外不动杆菌对舒巴坦耐药机制进行简要综述。 Acinetobacter baumannii, an important opportunistic pathogen, received more and more attention as the major pathogenic microorganism in the hospital environment. Due to the extensive use of antimicrobials, the condition of resistance to antibiotics in Acinetobacter baumannii becomes serious gradually. Infection of multi-drug resistant or extremely-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii makes great challenge to clinical therapy. Sulbactam, a β-1actamase inhibitor, has inherent antibacterial activity against Acinetobacter spp., which played an important role in treatment. Acinetobacter baurnannii became resistant to sulbactam as well as to other antibiotics gradually. Understanding of the mechanisms driving sulbactam activity and resistance is still in its infancy. This review focused on the advances of resistance mechanisms to sulbactam in Acinetobacter baumannii.
