摘要
针对大型激光驱动器故障定位难,诊断、处置效率低的基本现状,提出利用专家知识和设备状态信息进行故障诊断的基本方法,并以光路自动准直子系统为例介绍了故障诊断专家系统的体系架构、故障树模型、知识库设计和基于CLIPS工具的实现方法,同时利用半实物模拟测试平台对系统进行了测试验证;实验分析结果表明:专家系统有助于提高装置的故障诊断效率、效果和智能化水平,增强系统可用性。
In view of the hard fault isolation and low diagnosis efficiency of a laser facility, a intelligent fault diagnosis system based on expert's experience and status messages is put forward. Taking a laser alignment subsystem as an example, the expert system's structure, fault tree model, knowledge base and CLiPS--based implementation is presened in this paper. The result show that the efficiency and intellectualized level of fault diagnosis can be improved distinctly, by this way.
