摘要
舰载导弹发射架状态信息是影响舰载导弹制导精度的重要因素,目前舰载导弹发射架状态信息的检测只能在静态条件下进行,缺乏动基座条件下导弹发射架状态动态实时检测手段;针对此问题,提出了舰载导弹发射架状态动态测量系统设计方案,实现动基座条件下导弹发射架发射导轨平行度精度和垂直度精度的实时检测;从总体方案设计、硬件设计、软件设计、关键技术方案等方面对舰载导弹发射架状态动态测量系统设计进行了论述,并对初始对准、持续测量、自标定、时间同步等关键技术方案和基于"旋转调制+Kalman滤波器"的对准和测量技术进行了详细阐述。
The shape information of the shipborne missile launcher is an important factor to affect the guidance accuracy of the missile. Shape parameter of shipborne missile launcher is not detected in the condition of moving base, so the shipborne missile launcher shape dynam ic measurement system is proposed. The system can detects the accuracy of parallelism and perpendicularity in real time. Macro scheme, hardware design, software design and the key technology scheme are researched in the design of the shipborne missile launcher state dynamic measurement system. And, the initialize level calibration scheme, sustaining measurement scheme, integrated calibration scheme, time synchronization scheme and the method based on rotating modulation + Kalman filter are researched to achieve the calibration and measurement.
