摘要
针对单一优选准则带来的装备技术需求多方案优选结果的片面性及可能拒绝可行方案带来的风险,采用综合评估的思路,建立了由需求满足度、技术先进程度、技术重要度和技术成熟度等构成的指标体系,分别建立了需求满足度、技术先进程度、技术重要度和技术成熟度的求解方法,从而实现了装备技术需求的多视角综合优选,克服了单一准则下优选方案的偏差,最后通过示例验证了方法的可行性。
Single rule always brings about lopsided view of military equipment technical requirements scheme selection. Meanwhile there was risk to miss practical scheme. In order to solve the problem, according to the comprehensive evaluation train of thought, an index system consists of requirement satisfaction degree, technical progressiveness, technical importance degree, and technical readiness level was established. The methods to ascertain requirement satisfaction degree, technical progressiveness, technical importance degree, and technical readiness level were advanced, thus integrated military equipment technical requirements scberne selection comes into reality from multiple angle of view. The shortcoming of scheme selection biases is overcame. At last an example was given to demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
