摘要牛津路透新闻研究院《2016年数字新闻研究报告》表明，①社交媒体已经渐渐成为新闻获取的最主流渠道。在移动互联网时代，信息传输的国家、民族界限越来越模糊。随着国际媒体和公民对中国的兴趣不断增强，中国国内社交媒体的信息越来越成为国际社会公民了解中国和国际媒体报道中国的新闻来源。
