摘要 提出了一种基于频域响应特性的模型辨识方法,通过获取对象的输入输出数据,快速找到其重要频率段,分析频率段内的频率响应,进而辨识出二阶加纯滞后模型,并基于模型和幅相裕度确定PID参数。利用上述方法,基于SIMATIC PCS7系统平台对工业中的高阶大滞后对象–换热器进行辨识并实施温度控制。应用结果表明,该辨识方法拟合度高,整定出的PID参数具有良好的控制效果和鲁棒性。 In this paper, a model identification technique is proposed, which is based on response characteristics in frequency domain. This method can quickly find important frequency bands of the object by acquiring the input and output data. Then the second-order model with pure time delay can be identified after analyzing the frequency response over the important frequency range. And the PID parameters are tuned based on model, amplitude and phase abundance. In the SIMATIC PCS7 system platform, above methods are used to identify and implement temperature control in the heat exchanger, which is a high-order object with large time delay in the industrial field. The application results show that the fitting degree of this identification method is high, and the tuned PID parameters have good control effect and robustness.
