摘要 为了克服传统的矩阵变换器驱动的永磁同步电机矢量控制系统需要速度位置传感器而使其运行可靠性降低及制造成本提高的缺点,研究了采用滑模观测器跟锁相环结合方法的永磁同步电机无传感器矢量控制。通过滑模观测器准确估算出永磁同步电机反电动势,再利用锁相环估算出转子位置及速度,实现矩阵变换器驱动的永磁同步电机无传感器矢量控制。仿真及实验结果表明,该方法能比较准确地估算转子的转速、位置信息,使整个控制系统具有比较好的动、静态性能。 The traditional vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motors driven by tow stage matrix converters has deficiencies such as low reliability and high manufacturing cost because of the speed sensor and position sensor. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the sensorless vector control system of TSMC-PMSM which uses a combined method of sliding mode observer and a phase-locked loop is researched. The counter electromotive force of PMSM is accurately estimated by the sliding mode observer, and PLL is used to estimate the position and speed of the rotor, so as to realize the vector control of TSMC-PMSM.Simulation and experiment results suggest that the method can accurately estimate the position and speed of the rotor, and the proposed system possesses good steady and dynamic performance.
