摘要
为了提供研究电网故障诊断理论的实验室条件,设计了一套实验室规模的电网故障诊断系统。首先通过控制故障点的投切,来模拟实际电网的各种故障模式,然后启动微机保护控制故障范围,最后利用故障诊断算法,根据相关电参量和保护动作信息来识别故障的元件。该系统的特点是由工控机构成主控部分,完成对各种信息的识别,形成各种控制指令;开发了基于DSP的数据采集板卡,进行信号的处理和控制指令的执行;依靠PCI接口电路完成对DSP与工控机的通讯控制。实验结果表明,设计的故障诊断系统完全满足拟定的功能要求,可以为研究电网故障诊断的理论提供实验研究条件。
In order to provide the laboratory conditions of research on the fault diagnosis theory of the grid, this paper designs a complete set of laboratory-scale grid fault diagnosis system. Firstly, all sorts of failure modes of the actual power grid are simulated. Then, the microcomputer protection is initiated to control the fault coverage. Finally, the fault element is identified by the fault diagnosis algorithm based on the related electrical parameters and operational information of the protection relay. The features of this system are that, the main control part constituted by industrial PC completes the recognition of all kinds of information and forms sundry commands; Data acquisition card based on DSP processes signal and executes control commands; The PCI interface circuit completes the DSP and IPC communication control.
