摘要
经两年跟踪调查,发现害长头螨(Dolichocybe perniciosa)严重为害袋栽金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)的生产。针对害长头螨为害金针菇的主要侵入时期、为害症状和暴发特征进行了观察及试验,总结分析了害长头螨的侵染贯穿于金针菇母种、原种和出菇菌棒整个栽培周期的重要为害特点,并提出科学设计菇场、选择抗性强的菌株、提前做好检测、搞好环境卫生共4项防控措施,旨为金针菇栽培中预防和控制害长头螨的发生为害提供科学参考。
Flammulina velutipes cultivation was damaged by Dolichocybe perniciosa after two years follow-up survey. The main invasion period, damage symptom and burst characteristics were observed and experimented. The main characteristics that infection will through the stock culture, mother spawn, spawn artificial bed-log, harm of the all cultivation period of F. velutipes damage by D. perniciosa, were analyzed and summarized. The primary prevention and control measures were proposed. The purpose was to put forward the scientific reference to prevent and control D. perniciosa in F. velutipes cultivation.
